Residents of Ward 1 who are at least 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or GED, are unemployed or underemployed, and are U.S citizens.

Participants can apply in various fields, including Information Technology, Health Care, and other high demand industries supported by our partners.

What financial support does the program provide?

Eligible participants can receive up to $2,000 in scholarships to support their education and career training programs.

Who are the program partners?

Program partners include the Community Foundation National Capital Region, Trinity University, local universities, developers, and other community stakeholders.

How do I apply or submit my resume?

Residents can upload resumes through our website or in person at the Workforce Development Center, where staff can guide and support the process.
