Secure Digital Storage

We offer our residents safe, accessible digital storage for their resumes, certifications, and other essential documents to help them access all available career opportunities.

Scholarships & Career Training

The CWDSF offers scholarships and career training programs within in-demand industries through our Workforce Development Center. Participants eligible for these opportunities could receive up to $2,000 to further their education and skills.

Employment & Community Empowerment

We connect residents with employment opportunities, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to support individual career growth and community empowerment, helping Ward One residents achieve long-term economic stability.

The CWDSF offers in-depth workforce development programs that enable Ward 1 residents to remain in their communities because of the rapidly increasing rent prices. It offers career training and certifications across industries such as HVAC, construction trades, IT, and health care. Through personalized mentoring, case management, and scholarships, CWDSF helps participants gain skills, secure meaningful jobs, and achieve long-term economic stability.
